This is a journey within using a light to medium hypnotic or meditative state.
This state allows easier access to the subconscious connections to limiting beliefs and behaviors and internal resources for nervous system regulation, inner wisdom/intuition, and self-trust.
Sessions may include relaxation, emotional release, somatic work, inner-child healing, and new pathways to wellbeing.

Hypno-Breathwork Session Subscription
Four sessions per month, typically scheduled weekly
Subscription price is $720 per month for four sessions ($180ea, regularly $240ea)
A convenient scheduling link will be emailed to you after purchase.
You may cancel at any time the work feels complete for you.
Cancelled or unused sessions are forfeited and do not rollover to the following month. This supports your prioritization of the work and my availability to you.
